TWO-YEAR WARRANTY!

We handcraft all our jewelry ourselves, which allows us to stand proudly behind the quality of our products. We want you to enjoy worry-free shopping, and therefore we offer a two-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may affect the appearance or functionality of the product under normal use. In such cases, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product. This includes, for example, dropping the item onto a hard surface or crushing it. Please remember to avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals, oils, hairsprays, disinfectants (such as hand sanitizers), and perfumes — put your jewelry on last when getting ready.

If you notice a defect in your product, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@daughterofthenorth.fi - If possible, include a photo of the damaged item.

If your product has been damaged due to use not covered by the warranty, please don’t hesitate to contact us anyway — we offer spare parts for our jewelry, and in most cases, the pieces can be repaired and restored to excellent condition at a reasonable cost. We also sell individual earrings to replace lost pairs.
